LTL were professional, reliable and very hard working, nothing was too much trouble even if we changed our ideas part way through the work. We used their services over 4 years ago to alter and upgrade our house and we had no hesitation in getting them to dig up and renew our driveway. This has transformed the front of our house to an exceptional standard. Highly recommend this fab company 100%!

Les and his team of plasterers, electricians, plumbers floor levellers, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of every day. I was kept informed regarding my choices on colour etc, Lee who is Les's son was absolutely amazing so polite and hard working won’t finish until it’s done right! I highly recomend Les and his firm if you want a honest and reputable firm and you want it done right.

Les and his team are knowledgeable, trustworthy and have lots of experience doing both large and small jobs. This work involved a full ground floor extension with groundwork. They were very understanding of my mother in law who has Alzheimer’s and their communication was great. So pleased with end outcome and a friendly team, thanks.

LTL Construction are without doubt the best builders I have ever used. I buy properties at auction that need completely renovating. LTL take control of the project and delivery a first rate job on time and on budget to an excellent standard. I could not recommend them highly enough. 10/10

LTL rebuilt our boundary garden walls, blown down in the winter gales, they cleaned and prepared the existing bricks, prepared the footings and rebuilt to an excellent standard. Arrived when they said they would & worked long hard full days, excellent service throughout, and left the site clean and tidy. We and our neighbours are vey pleased with end result and the professional way in which it was undertaken.

Over the past two years LTL Construction have completely revamped the interior of our house, turning a tired old semi into a modern delightful dwelling. All but the basic shell of brickwork and the timber floors were retained, everything else was stripped and renewed. They have also worked with us to install our own design for a hard standing area and front garden. These works have elicited many complimentary comments from neighbours and passers by. More recently they have installed a large porch to the rear entrance of the property and we will be requesting their services again in the new year to carry out further works for us. Les and his team have done several jobs on my property. I had a problem with flooding in my back garden, that had been happening for years. LTL installed a proper drainage system and soak away. SInce then, there has been no flooding whatsoever and my grass is now showing major signs of improvement. LTL also built a downstair utility room and toilet in my garage. I can't recommend them highly enough.
